A young child from the Poconos who turned up missing has been found safe in Virginia. 5 year old Inez Foulk was last seen at the ShopRite in Brodheadsville. Police in Virginia found her mother… 37 year old Courtney Foulk.. along with little Inez… at a gas station off of I95. Courtney Foulk is in custody and awaiting extradition to Pennsylvania after authorities say she was only allowed to have supervised visits with Inez, but she was not to be alone with the child.
