Wayne County Man Facing More Than 1,000 Counts Of Felony Child Pornography

A man from the northern Poconos is accused of messaging children on Xbox with explicit content while they were playing online. 29 year old Christopher Foster of Salem Township in Wayne County is facing a long list of charges, including more than 1,000 counts of felony child pornography.
