A woman was found in a Lackawanna County home with high carbon monoxide levels by police who were doing a welfare check. Officers say they arrived at the home in Moosic and discovered a car that was running in the garage with the door closed. The woman was taken to the hospital by EMS. There has been no update on her condition.
