Gas prices are on the rise again, reaching $3.73 a gallon statewide already this week. That’s slightly above the national average of $3.53. In Lackawanna County, the average for a gallon of regular today is $3.76 according to AAA. In Luzerne County, it’s a little lower… $3.69.
