Former President Bill Clinton was the keynote speaker at the 118th Friendly Sons of Saint Patrick celebration Scranton. Clinton, known for his involvement in the Northern Ireland peace process, emphasized the importance of overcoming obstacles in Ireland’s political landscape. Governor Josh Shapiro and other dignitaries also attended the event.
