Avoca Crash Injures Two

Two people were injured in a car crash in Avoca last night. First responders arrived at the scene on Main Street around 8:54 p.m. The crash involved a vehicle colliding with a pole. One person refused treatment, while the other was taken to a medical center.

Two people are in custody after a drug raid in Carbondale yielded a significant seizure of narcotics, including crystal meth and fentanyl. Carbondale Police say it came following a month-long investigation. They executed a search warrant on Mill Street.
