A structure fire in Wilkes-Barre Thursday night displaced 5 people. The fire was first reported just after 9:30pm at a double block home at 51 Madison Street. The fire was contained to one side of the home which suffered moderate damage, but it’s not considered a total loss. There was also smoke damage to the other side of the home. No word yet on what caused it.
