It’s officially a homicide
The Lackawanna County Coroner has ruled a Scranton shooting in which a man was shot in the head, a homicide. 25 year old David Deshler of Scranton, was shot in the area of Shultz Court between Mulberry and Linden Streets around 11pm last Sunday. The suspect is still at large.

An arrest has been made in connection with the shooting Wednesday morning in Edwardsville. Investigators say Antwon Bickerstaff has a criminal record that prohibits him from possessing a firearm. He was found and taken into custody Thursday morning, and he is now in the Luzerne County Jail, with bail at $50,000.
