One person is facing charges after a high-speed chase with officers ended in a crash in South Abington Township. Police say 19 year old Quinn Kovaleski of Ransom, ran through multiple red lights at a speed of 90 mph before losing control of his vehicle near the intersection of Elkview and West Grove Street. Kovaleski admitted to being under the influence of cocaine.
