Two people are in custody after several shots were fired from two moving vehicles in Hazleton at North Locust and West 11th Streets. Officers say they found 18-year-old Rolando Cepeda Jr. had two revolvers, one with the serial number wiped off, and a juvenile was found in possession of a stolen gun. Cepeda was sent to the Luzerne County Correctional Facility without bail. The 17-year-old was placed in a juvenile facility.
