The Scranton St. Patrick’s Parade will step off this Saturday at 11:45am. Streets in Scranton will close at 9:30 tomorrow morning, and parking regulations will go into effect earlier than that… at 6am… and they will remain in effect until 5pm. The parade will be held no matter what the weather brings, and if you plan to be there, you should plan to arrive early to get a good parking and viewing spot.
