A man who was involved in a fatal crash in Scranton last year, is now facing homicide charges. The crash happened last September at the intersection of Harrison Avenue and Vine Street. Carlos Hernandez was a passenger in the vehicle that was hit by another vehicle driven by William Kent. Hernandez later died from his injuries. Following the investigation, Kent is now facing charges including careless driving, failure to stop and give aid, and homicide by vehicle.
