A Winter storm watch has been issued for this morning through Wednesday morning for parts of Northeastern Pennsylvania. Most of the watch area includes Wayne, Pike, Susquehanna, Wyoming, Luzerne, and Lackawanna counties. Some areas north of Monroe County could see total snow accumulations of 8 to 18 inches. In Monroe County, the threat is mainly just for the higher elevations.
