A judge in Montgomery County has issued a bench warrant for former Pennsylvania Attorney General Kathleen Kane after Kane was charged in March with driving under the influence when she crashed her car into another vehicle in Scranton. The DUI charge violates conditions of her probation from her previous conviction of perjury and official oppression.
