The City of Wilkes-Barre’s 40th Annual Cherry Blossom Festival is this Saturday and Sunday, from 11am to 7pm each day, in Kirby Park. Live entertainment at the Martz Pavilion will begin on Saturday morning at 10. More than 60 food and retail vendors, amusement rides and games, and live entertainment will all be a part of it… rain or shine.
