Some lawmakers in Harrisburg are pushing to legalize drone use by hunters tracking wounded deer. While some embrace the idea of using all the technology that we have available today to recover downed game, the Game Commission still says using drones violates state law seeking to preserve the idea of a fair chase. While so far, the Game Commission is nt taking a stance on a potential bill involving drone use, it says for now anyway, it will still enforce the existing law.
