PennDOT has announced the closure of a number of roads in Northeastern Pennsylvania… many due to flooding, downed utility poles and wires, and downed trees. State Police warn anyone who ignores traffic control signs or tries to go around barriers, that they could face large penalties if emergency crews are called to rescue them.
