Scranton Police arrested 63 year old James Goff of Scranton after they say he sexually assaulted a three-year-old child. Goff was locked up in the Lackawanna County Prison with bail set at $300,000. His charges include two counts of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse with a child, two counts of aggravated indecent assault of a child, one count of indecent assault of a person less than thirteen years of age, corruption of minors, and endangering the welfare of children.
