In Luzerne County, a man is being charged with escape after he was released from the county lockup while pretending to be his brother. 30 year old Billy Partington’s half-brother, 21 year old Drake Partington, was the one who was supposed to be released after posting bail. Billy though, signed papers representing himself as Drake, then put on his brother’s personal belongings, and left. So far, he’s still out there somewhere.
