Speaking yesterday during his state budget address in the Capitol Rotunda, Governor Josh Shapiro said he wants to see Pennsylvania join other neighboring states in amending the law to support legalized marijuana. He said the continued failure to do so only fuels the black market and drains much-needed resources for law enforcement. The governor also said yesterday, that a taxed and regulated recreational marijuana industry could bring $250 million in annual revenue to the state.
