With the upcoming solar eclipse, safety concerns are on the rise. The National Weather Service at State College suggests accessing eclipse safety messages through the New York Weather Forecast office in Albany. While Pennsylvania won’t experience totality, some parts of the state will still see around 98.5% of totality. The eclipse is April 8th.
