The Scranton School District announced an early dismissal one week from today, on Monday, April 8, due to the solar eclipse. Students and staff will leave early to ensure safety during the event. Elementary and high schools dismiss at 10:50 a.m., and intermediate schools at 11:30 a.m. The district will also provide guidance on safe eclipse viewing.
