Five people have been arrested in connection with a gruesome homicide on Carlisle Street in Wilkes-Barre. The victim, Nicole Cuevas, suffered severe abuse including broken bones, stab wounds, and strangulation. The suspects have been identified as Sarai Doyle, Jason Race, William Wolfe, Faith Beamer, and Desiree Linnette.
