A Lackawanna County man has been sentenced to 12 to 48 months in jail for a deadly crash in Wayne County. 62 year old James Gerrity’s reckless driving, while eating cookies to address low blood sugar, resulted in the death of Lou Radell and injuries to Mary Radell.
