Republican Jeff Olsommer has won the special election for the 139th District in The State House of Representatives. Olsommer will fill the remainder of former State Rep. Joe Adams’ term after he resigned from his seat in February. The 139th District covers parts of Southern Wayne and Northern Pike Counties.
