A man in Scranton is facing charges after allegedly threatening people with an AK-47. 33 year old Elvis Nieves-Medina was apprehended by Scranton Police after reports of him brandishing the weapon on Oram Street. Nieves-Medina is charged with terroristic threats, assault, harassment, and endangerment.
