A man is in custody after allegedly assaulting a woman who escaped and sought refuge at a Scranton ice cream shop. Scranton Police responded to Manning’s Ice Cream where the woman claimed 31 year old Hakeem Ali Lincoln assaulted her, then forced her to drive him to a liquor store, threatening her life. Lincoln faces charges including aggravated assault and unlawful restraint. He’s in the Lackawanna County Prison on $300,000 bail.
