Shocking details are emerging now after the abrupt closure of a Northeastern Pennsylvania Nursing Home. State officials say Mountain View Care and Rehabilitation Center in Scranton lacked a working backup power system and fire alarms. The facility’s health rating was also poor according to a surprise inspection declared the facility “unsafe for human occupancy or use.”
