Lackawanna County officials have confirmed that a hacker managed to pilfer thousands of dollars related to tent rentals for the 2023 Winter Market in Scranton. Despite the county paying the bill in January, it was discovered later that the payment did not reach the legitimate vendor. The investigation continues.
