Lehigh Valley Health Network is set to sell eight facilities across Monroe, Lehigh, Northampton, and Luzerne counties, aiming to raise up to $160 million through a unique “sale-leaseback” arrangement. Under this plan, Lehigh Valley Health will retain operational control of the properties while Centurion Foundation, a non-profit based in Georgia, will purchase them and issue tax-exempt bonds.
