A tragic accident claimed the life of a 19-year-old in Luzerne County early Saturday morning. According to state police, the crash occurred at the intersection of Hunlock-Harveyville Road and Nevel Hollow Road around 4am. Alcohol is suspected to have played a role. 19 year old Tyler Mizell was driving the vehicle when it veered off the road, striking an embankment. Kaycee Kreitzer, a passenger, was ejected from the vehicle. Both were reportedly not wearing seatbelts. The incident is currently under investigation.
