Wayne County Coroner Edward Howell has concluded that the driver of a dump truck, Brian Edwards, suffered a sudden heart attack while operating his vehicle, which then struck and fatally injured 72 year old James Martzen of Waymart in a Wayne County quarry last Wednesday. An autopsy confirmed Edwards’ death was due to acute sudden cardiac death.
