Pennsylvania has been ranked as one of the least welcoming states in the U.S., according to a recent report by Preply. The study surveyed over 1,000 people across the country on their attitudes towards greetings and welcoming gestures. Pennsylvania landed at 47th place overall. Vermont, Maine, and Hawaii were recognized as the most welcoming.
