Dogs Rescued From River
Two dogs trapped in the Lackawanna River near Sarah Bratty Park in Jessup were rescued by first responders on Monday afternoon. Firefighters used ropes to retrieve the dogs safely from the water. Both dogs have been reunited with their owner.
