A man was in federal court in Scranton on Thursday, to learn his fate for his part in a nationwide Ponzi scheme. 42 year old Perry Santillo of Rochester, NY was sentenced to 20 years in prison for fraudulent investments that resulted in a total loss to investors… some from here in Northeastern Pennsylvania… of more than $70 Million.
