A man was taken into custody in Scranton after a car he was driving crashed into a 24 year old woman who was walking an infant in a stroller. Scranton Police arrested 57 year old Juan Cruz, who they say tried to flee, but bystanders were able to prevent him from leaving until the police arrived. The mother was hospitalized. The child was not hurt.
