The roof of a tractor trailer was torn off when the driver tried to go under the train bridge in the 200 block of South Washington Avenue in Scranton. The bridge has a 13-foot clearance. That apparently wasn’t enough for the 18 wheeler. The truck suffered severe damage, but fortunately the driver was able to walk away uninjured.
