A Luzerne County woman is charged with witness intimidation after being accused of making a phone call to a man in the Luzerne County Prison in an effort to get him to change his story about a Wilkes-Barre homicide. 36 year old Eva Maslar of Wilkes-Barre is also charged with criminal use of a communication facility.
