Swoyersville Man Facing Drug Charges

A Swoyersville man has pled guilty to conspiracy to distribute more than 50 grams of crystal methamphetamine in Luzerne County. 30 year old Michael Marchese faces a mandatory minimum sentence of five years in prison, up to a maximum sentence of forty years behind bars, plus supervised release and a fine when he is sentenced.

Pittston Man Jailed On Porn Charges

State Police arrested a Pittston man who they say was uploading pictures and videos of an ex-girlfriend to pornographic websites. 22-year-old Tyler Spangenberg is now facing felony charges. Spangenberg is now in the Luzerne County Correctional Facility.
