In Scranton, two juveniles have been arrested after reported gunfire. Scranton Police on Wednesday responded to the 1200 block of Penn Avenue for reports of shots fired. One juvenile faces charges including reckless endangerment, receiving stolen property, and possession of a firearm by a minor. The other faces charges of theft and conspiracy with reckless endangerment. Fortunately, no injuries were reported.
