In Luzerne County, 76-year-old Arthur Dice succumbed to injuries from a house fire along Tomhicken Road in Black Creek Township. Despite efforts from multiple fire departments, heavy flames engulfed the home. The cause of the fire is under investigation by the Pennsylvania State Police Fire Marshal.
