Police in Monroe County have arrested two men for kidnapping and sexually assaulting multiple women. Isaiah Rogers-Keeney and Davaun Carlon Jackson are accused of abducting four victims, then taking them to a property in Smithfield Township where they were bound, threatened, and assaulted. The two were taken into custody at Walmart in Mount Pocono. Charges include kidnapping, rape, and terroristic threats. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Pennsylvania State Police in Stroudsburg.
