Convicted child abuser Jerry Sandusky is seeking a new trial. His legal team presented new evidence at a state appeals court hearing in Harrisburg on Wednesday, however, judges questioned the admissibility of this evidence, noting it had been addressed previously. No decision was made. Sandusky’s counsel indicated they might appeal to the state supreme court or federal court if a new trial isn’t granted.
