A man is behind bars following his arrest for alleged involvement in multiple cases of child sexual abuse. Scranton Police Special Victims Unit apprehended 26-year-old Marquis Richardson from New Jersey after investigations spanning six years. Richardson is accused of sexual assaults on children in two separate incidents in 2018, and a recent investigation in May linked him to similar offenses involving two other children.
